Beeman HW97 Service

Beeman or Weihrauch HW-97 Service

The Hw-97 is also a very popular and very well built spring piston air rifle.  It is made in Germany and can be super accurate.  I have owned two of these fine air rifles and I enjoyed both very much.

Today I have posted some information on servicing your Beeman or Weihrauch HW97 airgun.  These rifles are not all that difficult to service.  However, be forewarned, they do typically have some spring preload on the mainspring.  I highly recommend using a quality spring compressor made for use on this air rifle when you decide to disassemble the gun.  Otherwise, it may come apart but can be very difficult to reassemble without a spring compressor.

So, take a look at the video below and good luck keeping your rifle in top form!
